tabe paṇḍita kahena kichu saprema vacana


SYNONYMS

hasta tuli — raising His hands; rahena prabhu — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu remained; karena bhojana — did not eat; tabe — at that time; paṇḍita kahena — Jagadānanda said; kichu — some; sa-prema vacana — words with great affection and love.


TRANSLATION

Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu kept His hands raised and would not accept the prasādam until Jagadānanda Paṇḍita, with great affection and love, spoke the following words.
