āpani śrī-haste vālu dilā tāṅra gāya


SYNONYMS

hari-bola hari-bola — chant Hari, chant Hari; bale — chanted; gaurarāya — Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu; āpani — personally; śrī-haste — with His transcendental hands; vālu dilā — placed sand; tāṅra gāya — on his body.


TRANSLATION

With His transcendental hands, Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu personally covered the body of Haridāsa Ṭhākura with sand, chanting "Haribol! Haribol!"
