ALL GLORIES TO SRI GURU AND GOURANGA!!!
KRSNAS TU BHAGAVAN SVAYAM!!!
I am in agreement with the following three proposals:
1. That the forthcoming GBC meeting in Mayapura be held five days before the regular festival to allow all GBC men to participate fully in the spiritual activities such as kirtan, classes, parikrama etc.*
2. That zonal reports for the previous year, along with proposals for the coming year, be submitted in writing before the meeting to all FBC members. That two or three GBC men, to be picked by Srila Prabhupada, put all of the proposals into an orderly agenda.

[Handwritten:] * In your letter of November 4, you have suggested that the meeting take place in the presence of Srila Prabhupada. I feel this is essential and wish to add it formally to the proposal.
Your servant,
ARD.
