tāhā dekhi’ dāmodara duḥkha pāya mane
balite nā pāre, bālaka niṣedha nā māne


SYNONYMS

tāhā dekhi’—seeing that; dāmodara—Dāmodara Paṇḍita; duḥkha pāya—gets unhappiness; mane—in his mind; balite nā pāre—could not say anything; bālaka—the boy; niṣedha—prohibition; nā māne—would not care for.


TRANSLATION
