Bombay,

August 17, 1975

From: Brahmananda

New Orleans

My Dear Nityananda Prabhu,

Please accept my obeisances. Coming over on the plane Srila Prabhupada asked me to write you that on your farm if you are having any difficulty raising food grains, then you can concentrate on raising cows only and produce milk, and then make ghee, and you will get money in return. Then you should open a first class restaurant in the city and serve first class samosa, puri, katchhorie, halawah, subjis, sweetballs, sandesh, tomatoe chutney, cucumber and yogurt salad. This will be very successful, especially if you can supply all of the ghee required from your farm.

Prabhupada has no objection to machines if they are properly used, but he was not pleased to see your machines lying idle. So if you utilize everything properly, then it will be nice.

I hope this meets you in good health.

Your servant,

Brahmananda Swami
