31 March, 1977

From: Tamal Krishna

Dear Rukma prabhu:

Please accept my humble obeisances. I beg to acknowledge receipt of your letter dated March 20, 1977, and I have read it to Srila Prabhupada. I am glad that you are preaching Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s message in Africa. The African people, like any people in the world, will be receptive to the Krishna Consciousness Movement provided we present everything purely according to the parampara. Regarding organizing a travelling life member collection and book distribution party in Africa, that you should take up with the authorized GBC representatives of Srila Prabhupada for Africa, namely His Grace Sriman Jayatirtha das Adhikari, and His Holiness Brahmananda Swami. They can advise you best in this matter.

I hope this finds you well.

Your servant,

Tamal Krishna Goswami
