760414 - Letter to Prabhus from Pusta Krsna

Bombay,

April 14, 1976

From: Pusta Krishna

Johannesburg, South Africa

Dear Prabhus,

Please accept my humble obeisances. In reference to the telephone call I received from Dhiranga, I told Prabhupada the report and he was delighted. Especially he mentioned that the European people there are taking our books. So if necessary you can order more books, although I think that you have enough for the time being? Let me know. I have explained the format of the management in my previous letter, and I will expect reports from Dhiranga each month as it is not difficult and it is also very easy. Now we have more good men, so Dhiranga can oversee things there in my absence. Also, let the preaching go on without too much hindrance. Management means financing, and seeing that the spiritual standards are kept, however the local temple presidents can confer and find a suitable program, using the available manpower to have a nice program. I shall be in Melbourne from the 18th April to the 23rd, then in Fiji until the 1st. May then in Hawaii for undetermined stay, then in L.A., N.Y., and New Vrindavan, Europe, then Tehran and India by August 10th for the opening of the Hyderabad temple on the 18th August. If Prabhupada keeps me with him, then I will advise you by post whatever I can do, so please respect Dhiranga’s position, and everyone should work nicely, and refer to these instructions, and the instructions in my previous letter concerning BBT organization, and on my tape I sent. In this way you are all first class devotees, and Prabhupada is very much pleased about your work. Always remember Krishna and never forget Krishna. My respects to all the devotees, and especially to Jagat Guru Maharaj.

Yours faithfully,

Pusta Krishna Swami,

GBC for South Africa, and Personal Secretary to Srila Prabhupada
