My dear Adi Kesava Maharaj,

Please accept my blessings. I beg to thank you for your letter dated March 22, 1977.

As you have recommended him, I accept Sriman Yadugangulli das Brahmacari for second initiation. Enclosed please find his sacred thread duly chanted on by me. Now you must hold a fire ceremony and afterwards let him hear the Gayatri mantra from the tape in the right ear. By your strong example teach him the meaning of being brahminical. By following the process of Krishna Consciousness automatically one will advance to the level of Vaishnava.

By the prayers of all of my beloved disciples my health is gradually improving, and by the grace of Sri Krishna Balaram I shall soon be fit once again. Hoping this finds you in the best of health.

Your ever well-wisher,

A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami
