770420 - Letter to Adi Kesava from Tamal Krsna

20th April, 1977

From: Tamal Krishna

My dear Adi Kesava Maharaja,

Please accept my humble obeisances at your feet.

Enclosed please find a copy of a letter from Srila Prabhupada’s secretary to Mr. Max Grossman along with the letter originally received from Mr. Grossman. Srila Prabhupada commented on this matter that, “Actually when you take charge you must take charge of illness as well. If necessary pay something.” I know in this regard that the devotee, Virendra, was staying in a number of temples, so you might get the presidents from these temples to each chip in a little bit of money towards helping out his father. Somehow settle this matter up so it does not go any further.

In the monthly ratings starting for April you may request Ramesvara Maharaja to list your name for our zone instead of mine. Hoping this meets you well.

Your servant,

Tamal Krsna Gosvami

P.S. We have still not received a copy of the court transcripts.

His Holiness Adi Kesava Swami
