My dear Baradvaja Prabhu,

Please accept my humble obeisances. I am writing to inform you of a wonderful news which has come from the lotus lips of His Divine Grace Srila Prabhupada. After renaming the New York farm as “Gitanagari” His Divine Grace revealed that we should construct a magnificent temple there and install the Deities of Sri Krishna Arjuna, depicting Sri Arjuna wielding his arrows and the Supreme Personality of Godhead Lord Sri Krishna as his chariot driver holding the reigns of the horses, both of them sitting on a brilliant chariot. Srila Prabhupada said the Deities should be made to look exactly as on the cover of the Bhagavad-gita As It Is. He requested me to immediately instruct you to plan for the making of these Deities, as you have done so wonderfully with the Krishna-Kaliya Deities of Fiji. I would be very grateful if you could begin to work on the plans for these beautiful Deities and after getting some basic designs, if you will send them to me I will submit them to His Divine Grace for approval. I would also like to know what will be the cost of making these Deities. They should be made life-size.

The report of the Fiji installation was tremendous and it is due to the wonderful work of you and your artists that this event was such a success. Krishna has blessed you with so much nice talent and by your kindness you are engaging it all in His service. I pray that Krishna blesses you more and more in order to expand this unlimited sankirtana movement of Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.

Hoping this meets you and your good wife and newborn son in the best of health and Krishna consciousness.

Your servant,

Tamal Krishna Gosvami
