śuni’ kruddha hañā prabhu ghara-bhitara yāñā
ghare yata bhāṇḍa chila, phelila bhāṅgiyā


SYNONYMS

śuni’ — hearing; kruddha — angry; hañā — becoming; prabhu — the Lord; ghara — bhitara—within the room; yāñā — going; ghare — in the room; yataall; bhāṇḍa — pots; chila — there were; phelila — He threw them; bhāṅgiyā — breaking.


TRANSLATION

Thus rebuked by His mother, the Lord would go in anger to a room and break all the pots within it.
