śrī-uddhava uvāca

yathaivam anubudhyeyaṁ

vada no vadatāṁ vara

SYNONYMS

śrī-uddhavaḥ uvāca — Śrī Uddhava said; yathā — how; evam — thus; anubudhyeyam — I may properly understand; vada — please speak; naḥ — to us; vadatām — of all speakers; vara — O You who are the best.
